June 21 Iron Scout CampIron Scout Camp 2009
Date: 10th – 12th July The ‘Iron Scout’ is a new competition being run by the District Scouts – and we’ve allowed to participate. It will be held during a camp at Walesby Forest Scout Camp Site. The ‘Iron Scout’ part is based on a triathlon; Cycling, Canoeing and Running. The competition for Explorers is for individuals or teams of 4-6. The cost of this camp will be £30, or… You can attend as a Young Leader, helping run the activities but not taking part in them, for £5 for the whole weekend, or… If you are unable to attend for the whole camp but would like to take part in the Iron Scout Competition on Saturday you can come just for the day, at a cost of £5 to include lunch and evening meal. If you want to go - and you've all received a letter about this - then you'll have to let me know and pay by this Thursday! Kit |
